Inclusão de profissionais com deficiência nas corporações fluminenses

Resumo

This dissertation aims to investigate the need and relevance of implementing specific strategies for the inclusion of professionals with disabilities in corporations in the State of Rio de Janeiro. To support the work, the theoretical chapter through the legislative frameworks, tells the story of the struggle to guarantee the rights of people with disabilities in Brazil. The method used in the research was quantitative and took place in a more exploratory way, through the application of a structured questionnaire through an online tool. The applied research provided an opportunity to investigate people's perception of the inclusion of professionals with disabilities in organizations and identified the necessary mechanisms for the implementation of assertive strategic actions. The unfolding of this diagnosis supported the development of the product of this study, which culminated in the elaboration of a guide for the inclusion of professionals with disabilities in corporations in Rio de Janeiro.
