Resumo

On August 22, 2025, the 22nd meeting of NEASF was held, bringing together representatives from academia, the market, and government to discuss improvements to the regulation of the National Financial System. The theme was “Credit Guarantee Funds,” divided into two sessions: the first addressed the role of the Credit Guarantee Fund (FGC) in ensuring the country’s financial stability, while the second focused on the FGC and the current regulatory framework. The meeting followed the Chatham House Rule to ensure confidentiality and foster an open environment for debate.
