Resumo
On November 7, 2025, the 23rd meeting of the NEASF took place, bringing together representatives from academia, the market, and the government to discuss improvements in the regulation of the National Financial System. The central theme was “Prevention of crime in the National Financial System,” divided into two sessions: the regulation of partnership models for offering financial and payment services (BaaS – Banking as a Service) and the security of the National Financial System; and loopholes, legal advances, and future challenges for the prevention of crimes and the strengthening of security within the digital financial environment.
