Refletions on the potencial of local democratic-popular public policies in order to study possibilities of a new organizing

Resumo

This work is a result of the effort of a student with formation in Administration from his first contacts most explained with some senses of the political word. His understandings of these senses make him realized firstly that to do inquiry in Administration is something not aseptic (with implications in the real world) and, while contribution for the central sub-ject of this work, flowing of that into an option of inquiry for that it looks to discover other practices of organizing in public local politics. This work was built at the same time when his author was thinking how to build a project of inquiry that will come true in his dissertation. It was from reflections present in this work that his author could see the public municipal politics of sport and leisure of Recife like a rich object of inquiry in the field of the organization studies in order to discover other possibilities of organizing. Besides this work seeks to stimulate the discussion and more reflections about how organization studies can contribute to the construction of a society really democratic in Brazil at the same time in which it is brought back together of the politics itself.
