The length of the Judiciary as a provider of an essential service is complex problem. It’s due to a several causes, some which the solutions are available with the interfering of the Judiciary it self, the internal causes. Some which the solutions are depending on the interfering of another Power and people, the external causes. Both, the internal and external causes, contributes to the increase of this problem, but some, usually pointed as the major causes, can no longer be normally admitted. The managing of the initiatives in each unit of the whole process, added to the use of typical resources from the Business Administration Science, is a feasible solution to the slowly. Changing the vicious habits and recognizing that the Institution it self could conceive its own reformation are the very first attitudes to be taken. The motivation to the creativity and to the innovation is the path to be followed. The Judiciary needs to establish and encourage systematic process of innovation as a way of changing work processes in the search for efficiency in the provision court. It is up to judges, in particular, assume this role and lead the process of change.
