O direito de retirada parcial nas sociedades anônimas

Resumo

This dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the possibility of exercising the right of partial withdrawal by a shareholder of a joint-stock company. To do so, it is, firstly, a study of the essential foundations of the right of withdrawal, to then analyze the possibility of exercising the right of partial withdrawal. It was concluded that the Brazilian legal system does not prohibit the exercise of the right of withdrawal with only part of the shares held by a joint-stock company shareholder.
