Avaliação da implementação da Política de Emprego em Moçambiqueum estudo de caso da cidade de Lichinga (2016-2020)

Resumo

The dissertation explain about the problem of employment, has as objective to evaluate the implementation of Mozambican policy of employment, in what concern the contribution for reduction of unemployment county of Lichinga City. The lack of opportunities of employment became chronic problem, being very notary in almost District and City of the Province of Niassa. to minimize demand to be taken some action of investments, as well the creation of program of employment generation and incomes, therefore urges to understand how this action impacted the municipalities of Lichinga City. For this effect was used the qualitative method using explanatory approach. Is expected evaluate the perception municipalities about unemployment and the impacts of actions carried out to solve this through the interviews. The research delighted that unemployment at the Province of Niassa, specifically at the Lichinga City is situated in the level extremely high. The research al so find that lack of opportunity of employment and the low level of learning are the principal reason of unemployment at Lichinga City. As well, found that the policy of employment during the period of 2016 to 2020 has contributed for reduction of range of unemployment at Lichinga City, despite not in the disere level. The programs devoloped by Government which aims to create employment and self-employment, such as pre-prossional internships, Programa Now Employ, My Kit-my Job; Fund of support of jouth iniciative and Bizgirl. Which has bringing significant impact in the youth and people in general, because have been achieved the employment in public and private institution and create self employment. Futhermore the reseach found that there are some negative factors which afect the performance of policy, such as the lack of acess to finance or fund, and cultural factors.
