The university and the management of organizacional changestarting from an analysis of the content of interactive pattems

Resumo

In these last decades, people dealing with the (re)formulation of educational policies have shown a growing concern towards making them effective within the community. More than anything else, the proposition of changes means a reflection on said changes starting from their internal mechanisms, from the network of interrelations which constitutes the organizational space, considered as the locus for the practice or execution of an educational policy. This article intends to point out some aspects which are relevant to those envolved with organizational change" in the university. It intends to contribute to a reflection on the theme, the conducting wire to be considered in the question being the action performed by the managers themselves and their projects, in directing the administrative policy of the university.
