Territorial management versus solidarity abd authority structures

Resumo

The research on leaderships, which will be the central reference of this article, is based upon a classification of leaderships established from current studies on political and social elites, being its concrete application attained through an appreciative method from which the sample is defined. A score of analysis may and should be derived from such a research, but the one to be presented is based on the attempted identification of the prevailing forms of relationship between State and Society, and also on the extent to which such forms are compatible with the actual structures of solidarity and authority.
