Resumo
On March 19, 2021, the 10th NEASF meeting was held virtually. The nucleus, composed of members from academia, the market, and government, aims to enhance the regulation of the Brazilian National Financial System through analyses and debates on trends, risks, and gaps. The central theme was “Challenges of Interest-Free Installments on Credit Cards,” discussed from the perspectives of acquirers, consumer protection, banking regulation, and the overall impact on the card market and issuing institutions.
