Resumo
On June 19, 2026, the 25th meeting of NEASF was held, organized by FGV's Law School Center for Research in Law and Economics (CPDE), bringing together representatives from academia, the market, and government to discuss the improvement of the National Financial System regulation. The central theme was "Open Finance in Brazil: advances, challenges, and perspectives", divided into two sessions: five years of Open Finance, focusing on its evolution and impact; and security in the Open Finance ecosystem, focusing on challenges related to fraud and AML (Anti-Money Laundering)
