Rede socialuma proposta de promoção de intercâmbio e cooperação cultural - uma avaliação da Rede Latitudes

Resumo

The aim of this work is to analyze the phenomenon of the organizations in Net, giving emphasis to the Social Nets based on the concept that they are formed by solidarity bows, with collective values. Nets are organizational systems that concentrate individuaIs as well as institutions of democratic and participative forro, toward similar objectives. The nets are characterized by horizontal relationships, of dynamic actions, which aim integrated work. The types of nets vary in accordance to the autonomy of the actors involved and in the interdependence that they establish among themselves, but, in common, this style of management searches for a greater participation and commitment by those involved. The work is divided in four chapters: The first one intends to introduce the reader to the subject where the research is inserted: social nets and cultural interchange. The second presents the scenario where the subject is inserted. The third chapter presents the empirica! research, in which the method of case study is used, with the purpose of investigating the process of implementation of such organization in net, Net Latitudes, whose objective is to promote the interchange and the cultural cooperation in such countries. And finaUy, in its fourth and last chapter, it intends to inquire up to what point can this theory be used in a practical manner (applies in the practical one). How a process of implementation of a net with social characteristic is carried out.
