Resumo
The objective of the present study is to analyze whether there is a relationship between the phenomena of Quiet Quitting, Burnout and Turnover, for employees of public companies, based on the analysis and use of pre-defined scales. This is a quantitative survey, whose data collection took place through a validated questionnaire and applied to 114 employees of public companies. The data obtained were statistically analyzed using the JASP version 0.19 program, using multiple linear regression (stepwise) to verify whether the Burnout and Turnover variables were predictors of the Quiet Quitting scale. As a result, it was identified that Turnover is a predictor of the Quiet Quitting phenomenon, with no relationship with Burnout due to statistical insignificance. In this sense, it can be inferred that in companies with a high Turnover rate there are many employees who have already adopted Quiet Quitting.
