Quality in public carea change case

Resumo

This article discusses the question of quality in public organization change case. The analysis is taken through the perspective of lhe consultancy lhat assessed lhe process, using action research methodology. First, the concepts of quality are studied. The hospital case is put in the context of the mental health moment and in the public care system. The case expositions include the analysis of the situation, the changing proposals and the process crisis. Finally, taking the case as reference, some necessary requests to the administration of a public care quality program are commented.
