Programa de integridade em empresas com interação com entidades públicas

Resumo

The present work aims to investigate a model for creating an integrity program with interaction with public entities based on a paradigmatic case of the company Systech Tecnologia Ltda, which, by implementing its compliance program, managed to achieve positive results in audit processes and obtained compliance certifications. The purpose of this study is to establish Systech's case as a paradigm, encouraging other companies to enhance their compliance controls, while being fully cognizant of the positive outcomes and opportunities that arise from such dedication and diligence. In this way, it is proposed to analyze the procedures chosen by the company along this path, seeking to study the risks and difficulties faced by the company within the scope of this compliance program, especially in the structuring processes and audits asked by its clients in the public entities and its supplier partners in the private market.
