Política cultural do Brasil no exterior e o processo de integração internacionalo caso do Mercosul

Resumo

This dissertation proposes to analyse the cultural politics of Brazil in the exterior and especially its participation in the process of the cultural Mercosul creation. This essay verifies the extent to which Brazil's cultural politics really promotes spreads and interchanges its culture throughout the world. We have searched among the several existing models of public politics for theories which might work as parameters for the analysis of the Brazilian cultural politics in the exterior based mainly on the phases of the public politics and on Dror's great normative method. On the whole the author has examined. beside the analysis of the Brazilian cultural politics in the exterior the process of international integration and Brazil’s participation in the globalization emphasizing culture as something essential in the process of promoting regional alliances such as the one formed nowadays by Argentina, Brazil. Paraguay and Uruguay.
