Planejamento de informática nas administrações públicas municipais do estado de São Paulo

Resumo

This Thesis deals with the Data Director Plan applied to the public sector through the studies carried out within some of the Public Administrations Municipalities of the State of São Paulo. In doing so. the models, the recommendations and directive studies carried out in the private sector were taken as basis with an emphasis in some of the main different characteristics of both sectors. From this point onwards, we carried out a two-phases survey: first, by means of a questionary sent to 199 Municioalities of the State of São Paulo, seekinq to identify those that had e!aborated a Data Director Plan: second, visiting and interviewing 4 of the 22 Municipalities which had already a Data Director Plan aiming to examine and analyze its practical use. Finally, after analysing the figures of the suvey it was possible to determine that a differemiation nas be cone and a kind of model named Data Sectorial Planning (PSI) - which shall be carried in a sectorial rather than in a global way as it has been proposed fer the private sector - W2S suggested to the Municipalities Public Administrations to carry their data automation process.
