Resumo
In this work a public-private partnership contract in the educational sector is analyzed, presenting the contextualization of public-private partnerships and educational situations in Brazil, as well as the analysis of some of the models implemented internationally (vouchers and charters) with the purpose of discussing its use in the Brazilian context. Some international models of partneships are reviewed in order to discuss their application in the Brazilian context. The first and only one case of a in the Brazilian educational sector has as main results the shortening of the school’s building time and the lengthening of the time dedicated to pedagogical activities by the school’s bureau. There is no impact evaluation about the quality of the learning yet
