O hate speech e suas limitações

Resumo

The objective of this paper of conclusion of the course is to externalize the relevance of the freedom of speech - especially in cases of offensive and hate speeches. Furthermore, it investigates the possibility of its limitation and submission to other values and how this can happen. For example, through the technique of balance or other pre-established standards, which have the function of facilitating the resolution of hard cases, that is, situations in which there is a collision between rights and that it is still needed to reach a conclusion about which shall prevail.
