Resumo

Every single day, companies are being challenged to review their strategies and organizational models, with a view to acting in crisis prevention in their businesses, ensuring their continuity and the organizations future. The target of this study is analyzing the large corporation organizational structure that operate in crisis management within the Brazilian scenario. The methodology applied to this work is a qualitative study with a positivist philosophy in a deductive approach involving ten Brazilian companies operating in the secondary and tertiary sectors of the Brazilian economy. The results obtained in the study reveal that there is a uniformity in the organizational models of crisis management in organizations, which report to the highest leadership of the business.
