Gestão de documentosnormativas e processo de digitalização do acervo técnico de meios navais da Diretoria de Engenharia Naval

Resumo

This thesis proposes to demonstrate the process of digitizing the technical documentation of the collection of the Naval Engineering Directorate (DEN) of the Brazilian Navy, carried out between 2017 and 2019. It contextualizes the importance of the technical collection of the marine elaborated by the Institution, which uses it as a source of research. Presented the history of the Naval Engineering Directorate of the Brazilian Navy, since it will allow to understand the construction of this collection. It will then address the importance of a digital collection in preserving the institution's identity. It proposes to address the documentation regulations that deal with access to information and its digital preservation in the Brazilian Navy environment. Evidence that the Brazilian Navy develops its rules following external and federal legislation to have a foundation and standardization and that the need for each document should have its content preserved and/or disseminated according to its degree of secrecy. It highlights the importance of normative policies and their functioning when dealing with archival documentation, always aiming to achieve the best way to preserve documents. It concludes the importance of regulations in the foundation of guidelines for the storage and digital preservation, seeking a properly preserved collection.
