Em busca de um novo paradigma organizacional com base na learning organization - o caso do Instituto Internacional de Projeciologia e Consciênciologia

Resumo

This dissertation presents both Leaming Organization as a concept and renewing paradigmatic proposals of Administration. Among those proposals one can emphasize not only the 'Para-economic Paradigm' idealized by Guerreiro Ramos, but also Waldo Vieira's 'Consciencial Paradigm' and Burrel's and Morgan's 'Social Paradigm'. By using the case study of a non profit based Organization _ IIPC - which is dedicated to Conscience Phenomenum Research , this paper aims at understanding the pre-system, learning Organization and studying the new managering paradigms with people in the present contexto Besides that, it is intended to classify the Projeciology and Conscienciology International Institute considering either its adjustement or its lack of adjustment to Peter Senge's 'pre-system' as far as the Third Sector company reality is concerned. Finally it is concluded that the 'Conscience-centered' model originally derived from the 'Consciencial Paradigm' is very similar to Senge's model considering the five subjects (disciplines). That similarity becomes more remarkable when one considers aspects such as self -knowledge and recycling and leaming organizational culture.
