Efeitos da robotização dos processos administrativos na percepção das rotinas de atividades no desenvolvimento de technostress

Resumo

This dissertation investigates the correlation between robotic integration in administrative processes and the emergence of Technostress within a sugarcane-alcohol industry. Employing a descriptive and qualitative methodology through in-depth interviews, it was discerned that Technostress is not directly attributable to technology usage, but rather to the compulsion of reverting to manual processes during technological malfunctions. The study's limitations, notably its concentration on a single enterprise, may impinge upon the extensibility of its findings. This research offers pivotal insights into the ramifications of robotic implementation on employee well-being and proffers strategic guidance for managing technological innovations within organisational structures.
