Resumo

The problem posed by the functional definition of corruption has deserved a particular attention from the academical milieu but, up to now, it has been impossible to reach a desirable consensus. Starting from the idea of corruption as the rupture of a certain deportment, the fraudulent relationship between public and private administrations has been object of examination, with a view at the propositions of a functional definition of bribery.
