Como utilizar o fundo aeronáutico de forma eficiente no Projeto FX-2

Resumo

The present study employed multiple linear regression methodology to estimate, with a high probability (95%), the future values of the Aeronautics Fund within the context of the strategic project FX-2, conducted by the Brazilian Air Force (FAB). Upon analyzing the obtained results, it was found that the Fund is fully capable of covering all expenses currently financed through external resources, even when considering an annual average value of R$ 2 billion - an amount higher than the one approved by the government. These findings confirm the possibility of utilizing the Aeronautics Fund as an autonomous source of financing until the conclusion of the FX-2 project contract, scheduled for April 18, 2027. The robust database generated by the multiple linear regression provides solid grounds for strategic decision-making, with a success rate estimated at 95% of scenarios, without exclusive dependence on external resources. In this sense, the optimization of the Aeronautics Fund assumes significant importance in reinforcing the need for efficient financial management, which drives the progress and modernization of Brazilian aviation, positioning the country as a reference in the global context of defense and aeronautical technology fields.
