Ato infracionalo fator entorpecente e o papel do Judiciário como gestor de informações

Resumo

The present research aimed at to approach of empirical and practical form the envolvement of the adolescents with the narcotics so that if it could suggest a system of management of procedural and extraprocedural information implemented at the moment of the attendance for the public Power the adolescent who commits the infracional act. The participant research consisted of a together data-collecting the 550 processes analyzed in the period of November of 2009 the May of 2010. Visits to the Units of Internment for the direct comment had been made, as well as if it used of direct and informal interviews for the collection of data. The reports of infracionais acts of the years of 2008, 2009 and 2010 this, until the May month had been analyzed. The deductive method was also used at the moment of the analysis of the collected data, with the perspective of the scene of use of narcotics for adolescents in Brazil and of the reality in the city of Porto Velho - Rondônia and research carried through in the interior of the State on the subject. The gotten results show that of 2008 for 2009 it had a reduction in the indices of related torts to the narcotics of the 22% order. No change had in the counting or form of procedural register that could figure variable with interference. The magnifying of the market of work for adolescent in the State in result of the construction of the calls was attributed to such fact “Hydroeletric Plant of the Wood River”. It is considered that the percentage of infractions until May of 2010, for the other side, demand attention of the public power rank the illicit committed for adolescents of that and the 2010 acts that say respect the narcotics add 263 processes while the 2009 total presented 364 processes.
