Technological modernization and the flexibility in educationthe importance of postgraduation courses within the limits of this new environment

Resumo

The study deals with phenomenon represented by the celerity in the rhythm of changes and by extraordinary advances in science and technology. It stresses that, in the sphere where such transformations occur, it becomes indeed a necessity to look for new ways of providing organizational structures and economic relationships with a greater degree of tlexibility. In the framework of th;! above-mentioned changes, it is also fundamental a rethinking ofthe role ofpostgraduation studies, so that more agility may characterize the courses constituting the postgraduation system.
