Supervisão educacional no Maranhãouma visão critica

Resumo

The goal of this study is the servisse of the Maranhense Educational Supervision, objectivating the viabilization of the technical-methodological process of the official and governmental school system in a modernizing perspective. This technical service began with pacts between the State and financial organs wich guides the Development Programmes in the country; because of the needs of expansion and modernization in the education system in the state, were education was believed to be an important element in the social ascension of the being and economic development of the country. The participation of the Supervision in such process was made present not only by the teacher’s qualification as well as by the inculcation of the modernizing ideology. Meanwhile, the supervisor’s involvement with the problems of each school reality, gave participation and/or realization of debates about such problems conducting the supervisor to the extension of his goal of action – from the technical to the political and social even within the system limit. In such aspects of the present study, it gives space to a more effective practice of the Educational Supervision showing the possibility to work for a formation of a critical-reflexive sense from the identifications of the existing contradictions in the system. This technical service had its importance in the expansionist process the education in the state, propitiating drilling, pedagogic-technical assistance control and avaliation of methods and teaching technics with the maranhense teachers, above all with the layman.
