Resumo
lt is about a contribution sent by the ABRH-BA, in December 1990, to the group responsible for the elaboration of the governmental program in Bahia for the quadrennium 91-95, concerning one structure of water sources management. The presented model suggests the operation of a viable simplified system that promotes the intersector modernization of intervenient entities in the use of water and arouses the government and the society consciousness of the importance of discipline and preservation of the state waters.
