Resumo
This article intends to present an examination of the way the Legislative Power has been considering the question of environment. Its authoresses carefully studied both the Federal and State Constitutions (the latter of the Southern States) of the country, trying to identify in their texts every article - even those subsumed out of the specific chapter on the subject-dealing with or reflecting on the environment problem.
