Resumo
This paper aims to observe, from the analysis of the thematic agenda components of official visits exchanged between the presidents of Brazil and the United States, in 2011 and 2012, the influence of international political conjuncture events in the situation on the approaches adopted by both parties to the topics discussed in these meetings. Thus, it is also intended to assess whether there were changes in the pattern of relations between the two countries with the inauguration of Dilma administration (2011-).
