O Projeto de Avaliação de Desempenho Institucional Individual

Resumo

Audiovisual narrative of Leônidas Pires Neto, as technical of planning and research of Ipea, general coordinator of personnel management in the Office of Institutional Development (Diretoria de Desenvolvimento Institucional - Dides). The narrative is divided into two small thematic blocks in which are presented the project of assessing individual institutional performance, a macroprocess regulated by a set of regulations among federal laws, regulatory guidelines and ordinances. The testimony begins with a presentation of the project, which focuses on the quality and effectiveness in the work of IPEA's public servants. The six stages of the research process, involving its foundations, guidelines and operation, as well as the expected and achieved results are narrated.
