O mercado de trabalho no Mercosul

Resumo

Firstly, we will focus on the attempts at Latin American integration, identifying the two distinct eras of the subject at the strike. The bolivarian ideais are mentioned as well as other authors between the 2nd half of the XIXth Century to the first decades of the XXth Century, who also defended the ideas of Latin American union. The importance of the creation of the European Economic Community, the ALALC, the ALADI and the MERCOSUL as the promoters of the integration. The institutionalization, the mechanisms of implementation and the negotiation processes of MERCOSUL will be analysed. Next, we will deal with the globalization, the job market, and the remarkable intemationalized production in the XXth Century, the new technologies, the active citizenship, and the Union reaction under new basis. In the third chapter, we will consider the labor issues at the MERCOSUL, stressing the need for the implementation of principIes to secure the benefits, regarding the commercialistic trend of MERCOSUL. To conclude, we will reaccess the relationship between the labor union headquarters and the govemments underscoring, still, the intemational organizations as important factors in the process of integration. We verified how much MERCOSUL is fostering discussions on the possibilities of alliances among the social actors.
