Resumo
This study exposes the legal framework of the financial sector in Brazil, after the new Constitution. Practically, the Constitution has forgotten this sector. Consequently, a set of complementary laws needs to be created. Paralelly, a Bank Reform is being implemented, with the creation of "multiple banks". The author analyses this Reform and exposes its future consequences on the economy and banks.
