Resumo

The presented work however turns on mechanisms judicial in the effectiveness of the working execution. One is about legal procedures that would contribute to especially minimize the moroseness that affects the working process, for the alimentary nature of its credits. Covered the calvary of the phase of the discovery process, the worker, instead of receiving its values, it is come across with the liquidation of sentence, phase this many times more delayed than the proper discovery process. The legislation for the liquidation of the sentence did not evolve in the time, remained the instituted one when of the creation of the CLT (decade of forty), procedures that postpone the process per years. By means of bibliographical analysis, searching the procedures adopted for the Courts, agreements of jurists, scientists politicians, magistrates and lawyers, substances also published in magazines, the present time is demonstrated to it and the importance of the subject for the society, especially the incidents in the phase of the liquidation of the sentence, working conflicts that lose its material and moral values for the wait of the normal proceeding of the process. For in such a way, one brief analysis of the current procedural acts is essential to count of the transit in considered of the sentence of the discovery process, and definitive moment of the delivery of the good of the life to the worker. Finally, to present a proposal of new procedures judicial to surpass the crisis that follows the working Judiciary Power, with the objective to provoke a bigger debate on the subject. The base of the work is centered in the provocation of the necessity of the creation of new procedures for the celerity of the liquidation of the sentence that will contribute for the relieve of fóruns working, it will reduce the costs of the process supported by the Union and will recoup the confidence that the society deposits in the Judiciary Power.
