Resumo
The adduce research aims to analyze the functioning of the Military Justice, particularly the Superior Military Court (STM), in the trial of women accused of political crimes in judicial indictments processed between 1969 and 1974. For this purpose, this work uses as a source the collection document of proceedings from the “Brasil: Não Mais Digit@l” archive and examines judgments according to the following criteria: identifying the crimes attributed to these women, as well as the respective decisions produced by the ministers; identifying the narrative constructed by the magistrates about these women, therefore, how they were characterized in the case file; to understand if this characterization made about the militants had an impact on the construction of the final decision; to analyze whether this gender distinction was transferred from the police/military action to the court of justice, more specifically the Military Justice. The research was also carried out using a database built throughout the work, using techniques specific to the field of digital humanities.
