Influenciadores das diretrizes do planejamento de iniciativas em tecnologia da informação voltados ao processo de ensino-aprendizagemestudo de caso em uma instituição de ensino privada

Resumo

The current educational system associated with information technology has been facing new streams of innovation and digital transformation, coming out of the internal and external institutional environment, beyond its administrative barriers and pedagogical domains. Therefore, in order to follow the challenges arising from the 21st century educational system, it shall be important (I) understand the internal and external influences which may lead to changes on initiatives planning for information technology usage within institutions, (II) discover to what degree such influences act on guidelines development for initiatives in information technology, focused on the teaching and learning process, as well as, (III) discuss the possibility of such influences over the reconfiguration of teaching and learning process. In order to investigate such issues, the present research used a theoretical model based on dimensions and information technology usage (Albertin & Albertin, 2012), well-adjusted with a theoretical model based on dimensions and components of education (Albertin & Albertin, 2014), connected to innovation and digital transformation in the education environment. Thus, the theoretical development based on these models, helped in the conduction of a single case study, through a qualitative/interpretative approach, with in-depth interviews, as well as the use of other evidence sources. Hereinafter, discovering the dynamics and the tensions that exist in the educational environment, which influence the initiatives in information technology guidelines are important to assist the usage of information technology planning and decision making in the education environment.
