Financiamento da educação infantildesafios e cenários para a implementação do Plano Nacional de Educação

Resumo

The present text has as objective to deal with the question of the financing and the estimates of public expenses for the expansion and perfectioning of the infantile education. The study approaches initially the goals of the National Plan of Education (PNE) for the infantile education, especially those relative ones to the question of the financing, since these goals had served as the base to develop the research. The text makes a study deepened on the estimates of the demand for infantile education and the demand for school registrations in the diverse levels and modalities of the basic education, according to goals of the PNE and analyzes still, the financial resources necessary to implement these goals. The objective of the present work is the construction of scenes on the impact of the goals of the relative PNE to the covering in infantile education in the financing area, the analysis of all the basic education it imposes, a time that at some levels and modalities frequently concur for resources of the same sources
