Resumo

The aim of this Policy Brief is to identify and analyse conflict scenarios that could arise from the implementation of the EUDR, considering the actions of Brazilian producers and exporters. To this end, this document identifies potential alternatives for resolving these conflicts: trade-related mechanisms, grievance mechanisms, international private law and bilateral instruments, particularly the EU-Mercosur Agreement.
