Estudo sobre a relação entre cliente e fornecedor em projetos de smart cities

Resumo

The increase in urbanization is a reality and the challenges it brings are on the agendas of governments, society and companies. In order to better meet the needs of this population concentrated in the cities, in a sustainable way and with quality of life, Smart Cities arise that use technology to improve and interconnect services, collect data, treat it and make it available in a format that can offer information for decision making and better management of available resources. This work is a case study of one of these initiatives with the objective of mapping the challenges in the relationship between client (cities) and supplier (vendor of technology) in a project, which covers everything from the proposal phase to the operation. It is a single case state on the Smart Cities project in the area of public safety in São José dos Campos. From the perspective of a complex project with several stakeholders and diverse interests, the research involves identifying the main challenges in the customer-supplier relationship in this case and suggests a good practice guide that helps in future projects.
