Diversidade, exclusão (e inclusão) de gênero e raça no mercado de trabalho brasileiro

Resumo

This Technical Report and its research topic are concerned with racial and gender diversity in the Brazilian formal labor market. The general objective is to analyze and understand the historical origins of racial and gender inequalities in Brazilian society, highlighting the challenges and possible paths for the effective inclusion and diversity of black and brown women in the world of work. The specific objective is, through qualitative research applied to black and brown women users of the LINKEDIN Platform, to give voice to them and their experiences, aiming to understand the exclusion and structural racism in the day-to-day of the labor market, with a view to creating channels of support and communication among these women. From the qualitative research, as a final product, a Manual of Best Practices for the Inclusion of Gender and Race in the World of Work will be elaborated and disseminated on social networks and professional platforms by the author of the research, who works in the market of mentoring and consulting on diversity for companies in different sectors
