Resumo
This research aims to understand the results obtained by black and brown people in the formal labor market in the State of São Paulo, between the years 2006 and 2020. Based on the analysis of data obtained by the Annual Social Information List (RAIS), the research observes the employment profile and estimates salary differentials by race in the São Paulo labor market during this period.
