Desatando os NÓSuma experiência do Serviço Social na área da Educação e da Cultura

Resumo

This inquiry boards the approximation between Social Service and Education, taking the culture as a directive slant. It focuses the relation between the areas from a case study, which intervention took place through a Project of university extension – Project of Extension Public Education and Social Service (PEEPSS) – when pioneer was offered under the co-ordination of a teacher in this discussion in the University of the State of the Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). This work is situated in spite of looking in a subproject of the PEEPSS – Education, Culture, University and Social Service (ECUSS) – more specifically in a work carried out with the ONG Knots of the Cinema (NDC). Because of being also a field of traineeship supervised to the graduating students in Social Service of the UERJ, the used methodology went to analysis of the speech of some reports of traineeship, pursuance of interviews to a coordinator of the project, as well as to same when what had his documents of traineeship analysed were supervised. The inquiry presents elements of intersection between the mentioned areas, trying to talk about the professional formation for such a cultural approach, as well as the discussion about the fields of practice in the area of the Education and of the Culture for the social worker.
