Controvérsia judicial envolvendo a CDEuma análise das ações judiciais na Justiça Federal de primeira instância

Resumo

This academic work reveals an overview of the lawsuits that argue the cost composition of CDE and the amount to be paid for the consumption of electricity by its authors through the tariff established by ANEEL, based on a qualitative analysis of the collected data. This analysis was performed in order to organize, summarize and describe important aspects of the observed characteristics from the unpublished database that was created and to make a comparison between such characteristics. The result of this work is a critical analysis of the collected data that will shed light on the issue of judicialization and clarifies whether the case of the CDE can be treated as typical case of judicialization.
