Comissão nacional de residência médicacaminhos e descaminhos na gestão desta modalidade de especialização médica no Brasil

Resumo

This work searches to analyze the role of the role of the Nacional Residenc e Commission (CNRM) as an accountable organ in Brazil for the main Medical Specialization modality. For all that showing an anaiytical review of Medical Residence (RM) as a Public Political, the historic and evolutional sketched, even like CNRM itself since 1977 when the CNRM was created until 1995, pointed out the Political- Management aspects such as the Thecnical-educationals , considered the importance relating to the subject. Taking in account the adequate utilization of the material for the achievement of this search, seeking to profit informations of Bibliographical nature and documental, as a mean for a broden approach to the issue, being however emphasized the analyze of the informations through the qualitative search method by intermediate of personal semi-estructured. At the end, rebounds some regards looking for to cast some points that could be useful on consideration for a better reflexion about the RM administration in Brazil.
