Resumo

The text highlights that the reform of multilateral institutions is a recurring theme in the G20, as the COVID-19 pandemic exposed their fragility in enforcing norms, their inadequacy in the face of current global challenges, and their disconnection from contemporary power dynamics, a situation aggravated by the rise of far-right, anti-globalist leaders in several member countries of the group.
