Resumo

A group of young and competent public attorneys from the State of São Paulo decided to get together and look for alternatives to implement a simpler – and more accessible – language in the legal opinions and procedural documents they produce. For this purpose, they sought a partnership with an innovation laboratory in the State of Ceará and created a study group centered on this subject. After several workshops, they prepared some models of procedural documents and legal opinions that they believe could come to be used in the daily practice of the São Paulo State’s legal office.
