Resumo
In addition to the introduction, this article is organized as follows. The second section presents a perspective on the adoption of AI by companies and the government in Brazil. The third section presents a bibliometric analysis of scientific production production on AI. The fourth section shows the regulation and guidance of the Executive Powers of the Brazil and G7 countries. The fifth section presents reasons why the Brazilian Executive Branch should be more active in regulating AI. The sixth section brings final considerations.
