Resumo
The job organization is composed by the characterization of his structure and the respective interpersonal impacts on the performance of the professional papers. The interpersonal relationship on the job environment reflects on the participation and on the collaboration of the individual. The individuais are different from each other by their attitudes in relation to the 'stimulating' job or not. The practical value of the study has the goal to analyze the degree of satisfaction I insatisfaction of the individuais in relation to themselves or by their company. At the same time a study of the motivational approaches and their relation with the individuais mentioned above. Most of the authors that contributed to the development of the themes considered in this study seems that were want to conciliate two imperatives: increase the income of the workers and increase their levei of satisfaction on the job (this second one was reformulated recently in terms of improve of the quality of life at the job). Still on the study were presented results of the research done and discussed some motivational approaches, with the purpose of fundament the theoricaly the main question that is the way the company is being administrated what represent to satisfactionl motivation on the company TREE TOOLS, that was chosen as the object of this study.
