A multiplicidade institucional nos acordos de leniência

Resumo

The existence of several institutions with competence to act in relation to the conducts subject to leniency agreements has been imposing difficulties on the existing programs in Brazil. These difficulties are usually associated with the diversity of normative forecasts and the non-extension of the effects of the agreements to other spheres of accountability. The possibility of individuals joining, combined with initiatives aimed at interinstitutional coordination and cooperation, seek to provide greater security and attractiveness to these consensual instruments. Still, there are challenges to be faced. By identifying these issues and seeking a systematization of the agreements already signed, the present work intends to contribute to the debates around the theme.
